95% of ASP (Accredited Staging Professional) staged homes sell on average in 11 days or less and sell for 17% more.

Staged homes spend 88% less time on the market.

In controlled tests selling identical homes, professionally staged vs. those not staged, the non-staged houses sold in 102 days, while the staged houses sold in 45 days. (Real Estate Staging Association)

NAR also states that over 81% of buyers find it “easier to visualize the property as their future home” when it’s staged.

Only 10% of Real Estate Agents believe that staging “has no impact” on the dollar value of the home according to a 2015 NAR profile.
